While Mental Omega 3.0 itself is almost ready for the first public release, it cannot happen until AttachEffect feature is implemented into Ares post v0.3 which hasn't arrived yet. If you're a modder, you can grab latest unstable version and run some tests with it at http://ares.strategy-x.com/ In the meantime, we're streaming Mental Omega 3.0 Beta gameplay on http://www.twitch.tv/mentalmeisters . Public Beta out on 30.11.2013

Mental Omega 3.0 Public Beta will be released on 30.11.2013. Our website, http://mo.cncguild.net/ now has up-to-date info on new units and tech trees plus a new look. The remaining pages will be added after the release. We will post more info about the release soon, especially regarding some technical stuff. For starters, MO3.0 doesn't use NPatch, it uses Ares DLL, which will be included with the mod. The missions in MO3.0 are all new, none of them is an updated version of a 2.0 mission. MO3.0 is not standalone, it still requires Red Alert 2 & Yuri's Revenge so prepare your copies. First release, The First Decade, The Ultimate Collection etc. any version should work. Tech Concrete Bunker & Tech Concrete Fortress

These updated bunkers are now known as Tech Concrete Bunkers. Unlike normal garrisonable structures, they can be repaired like any other player-owned building. They can also withstand more damage. Not enough? Find and garrison the Tech Concrete Fortress which can hold up to 20 troops, guaranteeing you a well-defended spot or choke point. These structures do not require an Engineer.
